Living & Working in Ishikawa, Japan

Downloads

Ishikawa JETs, in conjunction with Ishikawa AJET, have submitted and tested over eighty recipes in their very own Japanese kitchens in order to put together this special edition cookbook, The Ishikawa Jet Kitchen (Cooking in Japan Without a Fight). Click the image to download a PDF of the cookbook for just ¥1000, and proceeds will benefit Second Harvest Japan, which distributes  food to soup kitchens, orphanages, the elderly, emergency shelters, single mothers, the homeless, migrant workers, and many others.
